They also do a polo replacement rad listed under westfield on there website.

But...........that only leaves £20 to build the rest of the car.............

omega0684 - 27/5/09 at 05:57 PM

the caterham one is cheaper than the westfield polo replacement one!

and that is the cheap one @ 45mm deep, the expensive one is 68mm deep and is £400 odd pound.

Hi

On the other hand if you have just spent a few grand on uprating your engine. And you then wish to keep it cool so it will stay in one piece £400 is peanuts.

I have used RADTEC for nearly 20 years for specialist radiators and they have never let me down on quality or price. Cant beat em.

Cheers Matt

Doesn't even come with the fan!

Or is the fan usually a separate item?

omega0684 - 27/5/09 at 08:20 PM

fan is always separate, i have a good fan but im starting to think that my rad is too small.

I have a Coolman on a Pinto with bike carbs, megajolt and 285 cam, holds steady at 88 to 90, 95 to 100 thrashing it for an hour.
Only £80
