
i got my dellortos off a lotus turbo today,one of them is clean already.i have gone at it with a wire brush then a drimal i carnt get in all the tight
bits,is there some kind of inside and out carb cleaner?
i was thinking of doing what alex did with his pinto parts,electrolais or somthing,
i dont know if that might be no good for them,
any ideas

yep, carb cleaner
wynns i think make it. works very well
Dunno about quickest but you'd be hard pressed to get them any cleaner than using
this method 
Cellulose thinners for taking gum off
Vinegar or Phosphoric acid or boric for corrosoion

DO NOT USE THINNERS! BE WARNED!!
I used thinners to clean mine and they ended up in the bin. Had to buy another set.
It destroyed the rubber thats bonded inside for the needle jets and also stripped ali off the insides of the passageways. They were ruined.
Carb cleaner or soda blaster are the safest IMO.
