if you look under the bonit of a normal car by the brake fluid res you will see a yellow sticker,it lokks kind of like this
(o)
you can just draw it on somthing yellow, and draw it in black,as long as it dont come off you will be ok

oh its the make of the kit,my engilsh is bad sorry,

No but what sort of fuel you are using i believe should be indicated.

Symbol is in the May 09 IVA manual on page 86
or depending on your reservoir you can use a cap with the symbol on it and the DOT type of the fluid (which makes sense as you shouldn't mix different DOT fluids (especially silicone with any other).

Like this one

Maker's plate means you need a plate with chassis number and manufacturers name on it.
Page 135 of the May 09 manual has the regulations.
Not clear if it's the manufacturer of the kit or the person that screwed it together, I suspect the former.

Make is entirely up to you, but it should be the same as what you want on the V5.

If you have built from a recognised kit (MK, MNR etc) then your car will be worth more if you put that on the plate / V5.

Thanks for the clarification Matt, putting Caterham on would make it worth even more, wonder if they have thought about future fraud?
