Spacer ring? Whats that, type 9 bolts straight up, some sump mods required for the starter but nothing major.

If you mean the thin plate that covers the gaps I used the Sierra one, easy to make your own as well.

I found you needed the metal plate that keeps the crud out, or you have to space the starter out a mm or so.
