Has anyone any ideas where I can get a cheap quality windscreen for an MK Indy?
Is this for the Fireblade Indy? Might be a bit too much messing around by the time you've got wipers and all that stuff sorted, plus it'll
be heavy too. What about a fly screen or aero screen?
We have a few ladies on here but not sure any of them are BEC owners, you may well be the first? (Apologies if you're not a lady, I may have
just jumped to conclusions and made a jackass of myself??)

Yes you have made an a** of your self! but don't worry its an easy mistake!
Will the aero screen enable me to get away with wareing a helmet?
So......just to clarify, you are in fact not a girl??? Ooooppss!!
Not sure if you worded your question right but did you mean "without" wearing a helmet. In answer, to be fair at anything over 40 - 50mph
without a full screen you need a helmet really. A bee/gravel etc in the middle of the forehead at 60 mph is not very nice!!
you would be well advised to wear a helmet - look what happened to Massa a week ago
The full screen causes a lot of buffeting and makes things quite unpleasant. also if it is raining more water ends up on the inside and makes seeing
where you are going quite tricky.
The aeroscreen however is a good compromise between no screen at all and a full one. you can see over it but it deflects the wind blast over head
without too much buffeting.
Edit: if you aren't a girl, why call yourself SAMANTHA ?????
