Have removed my noisy cam belt tensioner , to find that the bearing is a readily available sealed bearing.

Bearing Number: 6203RS costs between 99p and £8.50 on Ebay

So can easily be replaced by prizing off the retaining spring washer etc.

But you will probably need a new spring washer

Although it should not come off as it is a fit.

Ive just pulled a 1.8 cvh out as it was producing a smoke screen the red arrows would be proud of.

Any way any bits you want from it ?

Ps the sump ect and sensors is going on the zetec thats going back in.

Keep the plastic distributor drive as they seem to break easy and could well be called for by another.
The sump would go for the Zetec I think you may know that sorry!

Yeh on my last one I couldnt find a drive for the rotor for love or money.
