how do you remove the oil control ring from a piston? i can get the 2 compression rings off but dont know how to get the 3rd off?

oil control rings are usually multi piece like in this picture, you have to prize the thin rings out after the coil part is stretched over the piston. Be careful the thin ones are a bit brittle.
