How many splines does the Zetec clutch have? Anyone know?

depends on engine size I know that the 1.8 and 2 litre zetec plates both fir the typ nine box but the 1.6 doesn't as its smaller. Hope that helps

It depends upon what gearbox the engine was on.

2.0 are all 240mm with 23 splinne 1" center,

1.8 are all 220mm but could be 23 spline 1" center or 19 spline 20mm center.

1.6 are all 220mm 19 spline 20mm center.
