zetec flywheel bolt torques

hi all, whats the torque for the flywheel bolts on a 2.0l blacktop zetec and a 1.8l flywheel i did a search and one thread gave 5 different torques

I'm fitting my flywheel on Sunday hopefully, I've got some ARP bolts ready and the instructions say
70lb ft with moly assembly lube
90 lb ft for 30wt motor oil

Don't know if it's different for other makes of bolt.

According to Haynes the
flywheel bolts are 83 lb/ft
Pressure plate to flywheel bolts 21 lb/ft

(this is up to year 1999 but i`d imagine is relevant up to 2000/2001)
