Has anyone got a picture they can post of a thermostat housing for a 99 1.8 Zetec blacktop, don't want to buy one new if I can get away with it. Looking on the bay there seem to be several different designs and I'm not sure which one to get.

AFAIK the only difference is where the temp sensors go in [top or bottom]- Focus and Mondeo ones are different.

Only difference between the blacktops and the silver tops is the way the temp sensors go. The top holes are blanked off on a black top iirc which is better for our applications.

I did discover a couple of weeks ago the very early zetecs had an ally thermo housing which is much better than the plastic ones as they crack.
