Evening all. Judging by the tapping that is coming from the back end of my car, namely the fuel tank. The baffle has come adrift in my tank. This was just jammed in place. Once ive retrieved it and got it back in position how can i fix it there so it doesnt drop again?? Obviously welding it in place isnt so easy now its had fuel in it.

i'd be tempted to just leave it. its not doing any harm in there is it?

Its not but i reckon itl break the sender float in the end.

Plus the rattling is annoying and iv got to change my fuel sender anyway to one of different resistance.
