Yesterday i started to dissmantle one of my duratecs (i have two, one with a bearing failure, and one with a head failure).

I noticed that is not possible to adjust the valve clearence, ie no shims.

How is that? is there different buckets, with different hights?

The tappet buckets are the shims, the come in different thicknesses.
