Can I do this?

My donor Sierra has a 6mm fuel return to the tank, can I replace this with an 8mm pipe instead?

Would have thought bigger pipe would be fine...as long as it fits and theres nothing that relys on back pressure that side of the system (dont think there would be!)

Cant see any problems, but why do you want to go to 8mm?

Because I've got a massive reel of 8mm pipe for the fuel supply and can't find 6mm anywhere (admittedly I haven't looked very hard). Also, I'm a tightarse and don't want to spend any more money than I have to

I used copper brake pipe for the return, because it's what I had and it works fine.
