I have now got my lifting brackets for the Pinto swap. Having looked at the engine last night, I cant say it was obvious where these bolt on. Will have a look tonight when I get home now the brackets have arrived.

Does anyone have any ideas or ideally a photo/diagram.

from memory - the manifold studs on the head on dia. opp. corners

If std pinto brakets, one goes on front/number 1 exhaust manifold studs. The other fits onto the inlet manifold at the rear (last and second to last stud/bolt.)

Cheers guys - Am i correct in thinking that the cam cover needs to be removed to do this. Had a quick look today, but cant say it looked obvious to me .

the larger bracket fits on the intake near the front and the other fits the exhaust side near the back....

you dont need to remove the cam cover....
