What were the results?
first time on the rollers,...............followed closely by the first blowup or jump out of the rollers, are the real adrenalin ones

When I was having my Powercommander map done pre SVA, I just left it with them for the week (they were doing it in between other jobs). So much better when it was done but I was quite surprised at the half a tank of fuel they'd used (and I was assured that it had only been on the rollers once and not been touched the rest of the time)
is that 157 at the wheels?? I take it its a 2 litre?
Must get mine on the rr and see what it makes. I too will run away when they rev it up.

mmmm either you have a small tank or they had lots of fun, id go with the second.
When I had my power commander mapped we used 3/4 of a tank. I had to fill up to get home. We had to keep stopping for a brew to let the RR cool.
If you think thats scarry try listening to an R1 going to 13500rpm... repeatedly. Then be stood next to it when it tries to bounce, jump and dance out
of the rollers at 150mph.

I've been to the dyno many times now with my cars over the years. I'm not totally happy with going any distance UNTIL its been on the
rollers and run hard a few times.
Just remember every time you accelerate hard through the gears you're giving it just as much stick. Maybe even more due to the road undulations
and wind resistance. On the rollers its being run up in a controlled environment with monitoring equipment and usually several on lookers!
yes you're probably right - but blimey it was loud and scary!
