Basically without going into too much detail my fuel pump won't prime upon me switching on the ignition. Ive tested all concerned wires for continuity etc and found out my white/red wire is not producing any voltage. So I turned to the good book (Kawasaki Manual) and troubleshot the fuel pump relay.

Low and behold the relay failed. So in turn before I buy a new item has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I am missing?

Everything else is functional as per the book and there is no ''FI'' light present.

Ideas greatly appreciated.

Has it got a tilt switch that could be wonky (technical term)
