Hi all
I recently bought a xflow off e bay and I am not sure if it is a 1300 or a 1600 the bloke I got it from thought it is a 1300 but I am not sure. It has no head on it so is there a way to tell from the engine number or something.

If the number cast into the side of the block is 6015AA then it's a 1300. If it is 6015BA then it's a 1600.

So what is it ? Have you 300 more cubes than you thought ?

B*gger,
I thought I was in luck but it's a 1300.
Thanks for the reply, I have just been looking at it and it has been bored 90 thou and has a lightened flywheel and a high lift kent cam so it should still go well.
Not bad for £25

1300 pistons in a 1600 = high compression so if you go for the bigger xflow later you have the right pistons for only £25
