With 4 days to go, I've realised I have an air leak...

Balancing the TB's makes it run sick as a dog and won't idle... fiddling with the balance by ear with a smooth pick up off idle leaves the gauges showing what I thought... air leak backed up by the AFR swinging about...

AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH.

Plan is to ignore my desire to take it to bits and wait wait wait!!

Off the bottom and revving its OK< afr settles and it goes like stink, so its flat out all the way to Stoneliegh..

Any peeps want to come and advise me please do.
