Hi all, fiddling with the car today and noticed that on both carbs I have a fuel leak on the same place on the two carbs...
Its underneath and looks as its coming from a m6 flat headed screw thats set up in a round casing, I tighten one of them a little but any ideas on
this screw or possible issues.
Thanks
Jools
If its one of the screws in the top cover you may need a new gasket.

does that help??
Hi, its not on top but underneath the carbs, just wondering if there is anything on the bottoms of these carbs were fuel can leak from??
Thats a good drawing of the carb but I can't see the screw in question...
This only screw is no.5 but the describtion is "screw"...

Are you getting any popping though the carb at light throttle? If so its common for the pressure from the pop to hit the closed butterfly and travel up the jet into the carb and out the choke mechanism taking a bit of fuel with it.
