Hi all, i put my honda fireblade carburettors onto the side of my 2.0l pinto the otherday and got it running well (sounds fantastic) but i'm now struggling to figure out how to mount a throttle cable to them, Anybody got any ideas? The car is a ford Capri and i'm itching to sort the cble so i can take it out for a blast thanks

don't know the bike carbs, but eithe ron the end, or in the very middle there should be a sort of disc with a grove round the outside, and a hole going through it, cable, usually with a 6mm nipple on the end on bikes, fits in there,

2 secs and i'll remember who sorted me out with a cable...

ive always prefered to modify the orignal car throttle cable and use that if possible, may have to enlarge the nipple hole and make bracket arrangement to clamp the outer cable, will try get some pictures up
