Blanking Hole Spark Plug Size
eddie99 - 28/6/10 at 06:13 PM

Hi Guys,
I've got a spark plug size hole in the top of my air intake manifold that i need to block, Unfortunately i don't have room to put a spark plug there and i've tried cutting through one without success.
Anyone know where i can get a blanking piece or/and what size thread and pitch a spark plug is?
Thanks in Advance

Lambda sensor bungs are a similar size arent they?

Yep lamda sensor is the same size. Any idea? I thought it was imperial and therefore didn't even think of m16 but i am probably wrong.

Brillant, you are a genius if its correct LCB succeeds again

Car Spark plugs are generally M14x1.25 unless it is from Ford Pinto then it is M18

Lamda sensors are M18

That was my thinking. Quite a few lamda plugs available and they're good and short.
