i think this could make a handy car transporter...
what do you think
I dunno, leave as is, would make trips to the tip interesting.
I've often wondered about this, is the overall cost lower if you start at one price but have aq reserve that is higher than that? Reason I ask is I don't understand why a person wouldn't just start it at their lowest price, doesn't it amount to the same thing?
ye i need one!

If it's too close to the 'right' value as a starting price you often don't get any bids, or just one or two seconds from the close of the auction.
If you start low then you, hopefully, get 2 or 3 people bidding for a bargain, often they get so into the 'must beat the other bloke' mindset they forget the point at which it's not a bargain any more (and why sometimes used stuff goes for more than the new price from a shop). The reserve stops you losing it for pennies if you don't attract a bidding war.
