Hi all I'm putting the sump back on my 2.0l pinto today and going to get a new gasket to fit my question is the old one was held on with black sealant too,should I fit the new gasket with sealant or dry? If with sealant what type and where to get it from? Cheers,Lewis.

you will need to remove all of the old sealant to make sure that when you fit the new gasket you get a good seal. you can pick up gasket sealant from any good motor factor. Halfords etc its normally a blue in colour
