does anyone have any pics on how to connect the seperate header tank to a vw polo radiator just need to know where to plumb the small pipes from the small header to the rad itself! theres 4 out lets from the small header ive seen on ebay but outlets are only 8mm. thanks from mick.

you should have an air bleed connection on the thermostat housing on the engine, and one on the radiator. these should be connected to the top of the header, and the other 2 of the 4 can just be blanked off really

that said, i don't know the polo radiator really...

Kind of depends on the engine but generally...

Bottom feed from the header should ideally go into the bottom hose to the rad.
The airbleed from the rad should go into the top of the header tank along with and air bleed pipes from the engine. It wants to be mounted as high as possible.

VW globe type or Rover 24/45 bottles are popular choices.
