After being in pieces for a couple of weeks the new cams are fitted and I got it all back together again this afternoon and it fired right up.

Test drive tomorrow and then to book another rolling road session!

Sounds quite a lot different with the new cams - some how a harsher, deeper note to it now.

Excellent progress. Thanks for the vid on YouTube too. Let's hope the tuning session doesn't take too long to come round! I'm looking forward to getting it on a hill. I'm competing at Curborough in the Aston on the 18th Sept but will be fairly pedestrian in comparison to next season

Right. I've joined Yorkshire BARC and have booked my first hill climb of the season on 27th March (practice day). Hopefully it will be dry! Then, off to get the tonneau and seats sorted. I've only moved it over the winter so looking forward to getting some driving done in it!
