Has anyone done the above who can show me a photo Ive several ideas on how to proceed but would be nice to see one already done

i have some photo's at home. basically


1) Thermostat houring goes to top hose

2)water pump goes to botom hose.

3) expansion breather on rad goes to header tank.

simples

I have had some serious nightmares over this - but is now finally sorted... search my posts and you should find all the info you need and all the input from many others......

1) Thermostat housing goes to top hose

2) water pump goes to botom hose.

3)Water pump 2ndary goes to head (in centre of inlet manifold)

4) Header tank goes to T-piece in bottom hose

I also have a 2ndary on the thermostat housing, but cant for the life of me remember where that is plumbed to, possibly the overflow on the headertank. I cut off and blanked the expansion on the rad and now use it as a bleed screw when filling (very useful!)
