Hi guys, will an injection head fit a standard pinto block [not 205] cheers Keith

Most definatelly yes, it's unleaded and worth 5 to 10 bhp more just because of the better short side turn under the inlet valve.
If you are just going to fit it without any modification then but a Felpro 1mm gasket, this raises compression to 9.7 to one, add an FR285 and you should se over 130 bhp

All pinto heads will fit all blocks but beware your compression ratios fitting a 1.6 head to a 2.0L or 2.0L to a 1.6 will be wrong.
For the 2.0L engine any 2.0L head will fit but the 2.0L injection head is the best

apart from the extra strength / weight all the 2.0 blocks are the same - so you can use any of the heads (as above)

even the cossie blocks are the same
but fitting a cossie head needs a few other bits to make it work (but then it is a 16v alloy head)
