is there such an animal ?

I am running two fuel pumps from the tank to carbs, one is normal feed the other is reserve, and presently they are just "teed" together before the carb

I am presuming that some fuel is being pumped back down the non operating pump, and back into the tank ?

The other way, i suppose is to make a restrictor , but i dont really want to alter the flow

any thoughts
