I need to stamp my zetec, has anyone used the kitcarbuilder solutions ones. they have a 5mm and a 7mm kit, not sure what size to go for and whether they would actually stamp a block?

Any ideas or experience of?

I used these on steel sheet that I welded to the chassis. Not tried on an engine block but don't see why not, seem to be robust enough
