Hi all,

I have a question for the LCB collective.I need a set of ARP big end
bolts for my 2.0 blacktop zetec.
I have found a set on ebay for £37 but they are listed for a blacktop zetec and an st170.
I was under the impression that the st motor had a 9mm thread on the rods
and the blacktop rods are an 8mm thread.

Sorry if im being a bit thick.

Could anyone clarify the situation for me please?

Don't fall for this. I bought the ones you describe off ebay and they don't fit the Blacktop. Save yourself some grief and buy them from Raceline who will supply the correct parts.

I have taken one of the con rod bolts out of my blacktop and measured it
with the verniers.
It's definitely an 8mm thread not 9.
