
I'm in the process to install a Duratec.
I was thinking of modifying a plenum from another car and weld a flange for the Duratec head.
I know a plenum is more restrictive than bike TB but as a staring point it seems easier to make and maybe easier to tune (megasquirt). I'm
looking at about 150-160bhp on a standard engine.
What do you think?

There is a very nice cosworth plenum. I am sure ive seen them crop up on ebay. I just wish they did them for the zetec.

I plan to take a plenum from another car (I'm looking at some 2.2 hondas) cut the runners and weld to an ally flange for the duratec.
What do you think??
I don't like the bike ITBs route now, I prefer the plenum.
