Dose anyone on here have drawings and dimentions of the inlet plate and exhast plate that bolt to the side of the head for the duratec and the zetec, as i might be able to get these cut out at work on a very cool laser, cutter maybe able to supply as well???

Why not just get hold of a couple of gaskets, that would seem to be the easiest way. HTH Ray

Because there isnt a gasket on the inlet side, just a rubber oring type thing.....
