Sorry if has been asked before but could not find it. The question is what oil should I use in my sierra diff? I use it for track days so will give it a hard time, but would I get away with standard spec oil that ford recomend in it?

Normal top quality EP 90 (or EP80/90 or EP75/90) GL5 Hypoid Gear Oil.


The LSD unit is a sealed unit within the final drive running in its own special fluid.
