My Zx9r c1 carbs on a 2.0 zetec will only idle and rev up on choke, If i take the choke off it trys to stall and will not rev, What could be causing this?

What have been done to the carbs or are they just as they've come off the bike ?

Yes they have just came off a bike, I'm going to change the mains to 170mm but I believe this should not affect the idle

Could you have air leaks on the manifold? what have you done with the various vent pipes on the carbs?

Cant feel or see any air leaks, Vent pipes are open, I have re sealed to diaframs on the slides.
