how do i know what clutch line to buy?

am after a clutch hose for the s2000 clutch to go frm a willwood master cylinder to the flexible hose connected to theslave cylinder!
the brass union which is currently in the master cylinder fits the threaded union on the clutch hose when i tried it. so what size and thread are these unions and what cable do i need? would i be better off with a flexi hose with 2x male threaded unions? and what bore size of cable do i need? thanks.

speak to russ bost on here mate, he'll make one up for you, exactly as you need it.
think the outlet on the wilwood cylinder is 3/8" unf? if the brass bit fits in the clutch slave PERFECTLY and isn't slightly loose and wobbly, it should be the same, but i thought they were metric in japan?

there is a flexi hose connected to slave cylinder already through a banjo bolt! the hose has a emale thread to accept a union!

i would actually take the flexi hose off the slave, and replace it with one from the master to the slave cylinder, less joints to leak etc.
i'd have a hose with banjos on both ends. banjos are perfect for the master clylinder outlets.

good thinking. what unions do you use on the wilwood master cylinder to accept a banjo?

you don't. the top of the cylinder is machined flat, so you put a copper washer on it, then the banjo, then another copper washer, and the banjo bolt. it just bolts straight down. not sure i'f i've got any photos of mine. i'll have a look

sorry, must have been on my old phone
