Question for anyone with a throttle blipper...

Can anyone estimate how much throttle your blip gives? I know the approx duration, but don't know how "much" to blip it - 25%? 50% 100%?

The Flatshifter pneumatic blipper I have here has a 6mm stroke and acts on the throttle shaft at a 20mm radius.

OK, not much then! Would estimate about 15-20 from that%? (120mm circumference, 1/4 turn range) 6mm in 30mm range

I thought that the blip increases with rpm as its vacuum powered from the intake and there is a greater vacuum at higher rpm (when off the throttle). I.e. its not a fixed amount.

You want it to blip the throttle sufficiently to match the revs of the gear your are changing to. So typically 2K revs extra. I would guess this would be something like 30% as this about how much I move the throttle to heel and toe.
