My car starts ok and ticks over nice but when i put my foot down it feels like its missing and holding back, I have also noticed it it popping back through the carbs, I have had the plugs out and they appear a light greyish colour.

Would these symptoms be it running lean??

The carbs are zx9r b1 carbs 165 main jets

Normally white/light grey is running hot, so lean sounds favourite. Not got an air leak have you?

i have already checked for air leaks and cannot find any

could also be the timing what ec u are you using.

I am only running on the edis at the moment but we do have another kitcar running on the edis and that runs fine
