I've pretty much made my mind up to go with a stick gearchange for my R1 engine (for now), my question is do people tend to buy or manufacture their own?

I've seen the kit from MNR at £150, does anyone else do a complete kit?

Is the MNR on similar to MK'S - push rod with rosejoints from shifter connected a lever thingy changing the direction of pull and then another rosejointed rod.to the shifter? If so I have one for sale for not many pennies
