rwd zetec mated to an MT75, will any cvh sump bolt up or does the box cause issues?

No only the 1.8 sierra and in my opinion its not worth the bother. If you find one it will be twenty years old and rotten as a pear.

It is the cheapest option to cut down though and put a wing on to retain oil capacity.

I used a standard zetec alloy sump cut down and rewelded. I put 2 baffles in it to stop surge and rewelded the sump plug back.
I had a local chap do the welding but lots of guys on here can help you.
