Update: Would the fact that I had the replaced the headgasket with head skimmed got anything to do with the fact that it is idling rough. It was all fine before the gasket was done.

Not sure whats happening but my car started idling rough when it heats(210F) up to the point that it wants to cutout. But as soon as the fun kicks in
it idles
normal again and when the temp is below 210f it runs fine. Any ideas what might be the cause?
