As title really went out yesterday and the car started misfiring When I pulled over 2 of the coils had properly melted! any ideas? Overcharging possibly? When I say melted they were literally liquid rubber! Or just faulty coils? Never seen anything like it!

What are you doing for engine managment? could be too long a dwell period or the connectors are the wrong way around as coils have a negative and positive terminal.
