I'm at a bit of a loss here, as far as i can tell I need a 7.5degree, 2" bend, about yay long, fleabay and jetex fail me, any ideas?

Your local longlife exhaust place should be able to do that.

E mail this guy on ebay he will make you what you want.

You could take a straight section, cut out a section bend and weld it up. This works nicely for small angles and badly for big angles!
