hi, im new to this site, im running an st170 engine in my ovaltrack hotrod, i have jenvey throttle bodies and and omex 600 ecu, the vvti is set at 4000 rpm at the moment but i need it to come in at 2500-2800 rpm, is this possible i know that the fueling will need to be ajusted, thanks for your time, dale

Yep, there's a place in the Omex where you can put it where you like.

Mine is set at 1500rpm and over 25% throttle. I'm thinking of knocking the % up to 30 so I can idle along at 80 without it clicking in and out

So if I lower mine down to 2000 rpm will I have to adjust the fuel?

Dunno mate, I set mine before I took it to the rolling road.

If you move the switching point, then yes it will need remapping. I found i had 3 earths into my VVC relay after it was mapped, upon correcting the issue the car ran like Poo, until it's remapped i've had to remove the relay.

Would be worth putting in a call to Omex. I have always found them very helpful.
