Would an Air leak cause my engine to idel at 1000 - 1600 regardless of settings in Megasquirt.... Just can get idle down low without cutting fuel to the point of NONE!.

Probably.

If it's on Bike TBs make sure you've blocked the little vacuum takeoffs etc & check the vacuum lines to the fuel pressure regulator.

Yup, any air leak into the manifold will cause high idle and leaning it out will do nothing but lean it out towards misfire.
