I have the stock oil cooler that mounts to the usual spot for the sandwich plate where the lines would come off for the accumulator. The accumulator
would be a cheap solution for the potential oil starvation problems, without going to a dry sump (big bucks) arrangement.
Opinions wanted. Thank you a million, as usual people. This is the world's greatest internet resource as far as I'm concerned. And I am not
just saying that.
in the 200s, the SRs rarely suffer starvation, and something like a Greddy (or copy) winged sump usually suffices for track work, but potentially a 7 Type could generate more cornering load with decent tyres. An accumulator is a great safety factor though, no real reason not to fit one if you think you may get surge
