Engine cutting out

Been out over the weekend and my car on sudden deceleration cuts out as the revs drop to a stop. Any ideas on this one its a 2l silvertop on a mondeo ecu.

Is it running a standard injection system? If so check for air leaks

yeah standard injection ill check the idle control valve and for air leaks tomorrow and particular places i should look for air?
