Does anyone know the height of the take off for a Zetec remote filter? I'm looking to swap my Renault filter for a remote one to add a bit of capacity and make filter changes easier want to know if it will fit.

No but take a look at thinkauto. I do have a sandeich plate i could measure, standatd size but seem to recall tgete being s low profile one.

...but there are two popular filter threads and difrtrnt diameter and height of filters so your option could be to fit a shortet one, or shorter and larger dia to maintain same volume.

Smaller filter means you change it more ftequently.

I'll have a look at Think Auto. I want to get rid of the small filter to make changes easier as well, so don't want to get a wider one.

I think mine has the metric thread but not sure so I'll need to check.
