Does anybody know the minimum fuel pump flow rate I will need for a 1600 4age on T/B's with approx 160bhp.

Vx 2ltr SRi/GTE pump is a good cheap option with 12mm in/8mm out push on connectors. Works fine on most engines up to 200bhp.
