Where is the edis on a 1.8 mondeo?

I am wireing up on my kit car and useing the standard injection, Can anyone advise on how to connect this up?

it might be built in to the ECU.

there were two types of EEC-IV for the Zetec. One with a separate EDIs unit, one with it compiled.

Early escorts had the EDIS unit, then from that point on i think all Zetecs had it built in . My mates M reg ( later shape ) has no EDIS, and my 98 does not either.

Only the automatic Mondeo has a seperate EDIS. The manual has it build in the ECU.
