As I haven't purchased and engine yet Anybody know which side the fuel inlet is on for the Rover V8, will be injection if it makes a difference.

Also, is the SD1 gearbox, hydraulic or cable.

will check in the morning but I seem to recall the fuel inlet for the injection 3.5 V8 is on the driver side but dont relie on this..

Picking up an SD1 gearbox on friday so can confirm the type of clutch then but think its hydrolic ?

Clutch is hydraulic, but have seen some where how to modofy it to cable but can't find it again at the moment.

Only have carb engine so can't help on thet one.
